Job Requirements

Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes per shift
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
May require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Skilled in communication and friendly conversation
Ability to work quickly while maintaining a positive attitude
Team player with problem-solving skills
Motivated to advance in career
Willingness to learn and have fun at work

Job Duties

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Run the register and cashier transactions
Make product purchase suggestions
Participate in the store food program
Maintain high standards for store appearance inside and outside
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
Work cooperatively with a team to accomplish daily tasks
