Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work standing for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong numerical skills for handling cash
- Comfortability using computer keyboard touch screen and foot-pedal
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong active listening abilities
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think on feet
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual skills English Spanish a plus
Job Duties
- Enthusiastic customer greeting and positive personality taking orders with a smile
- Operate clean and maintain all store facility and equipment
- Take inventory stock ingredients and complete associated paperwork
- Prepare products to Domino’s specifications and guidelines
- Receive and process telephone orders expediently for customer satisfaction
- Make accurate cash transactions and correct monetary change
- Utilize computer keyboard touch screen and foot-pedal for order processing
