The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Domino's plays a critical role as the face of the brand, often being the first point of contact for customers. The ideal CSR is enthusiastic, courteous, and punctual, representing Domino's core values through positive communication. Beyond customer interaction, the CSR is also responsible for various operational tasks such as operating, cleaning, and maintaining store equipment and facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards. The position demands the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively with team members. CSRs must be comfortable handling inventory tasks, including stocking ingredients, managing deliveries, and completing associated paperwork. They are expected to prepare products according to Domino's specifications to guarantee quality and consistency.

The job requires strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and making correct monetary changes quickly and accurately. Familiarity with using technology such as computer keyboards, touch screens, and foot-pedals is necessary to efficiently operate the point-of-sale system. Physically, the role entails being on one's feet for most of the shift, with activities involving walking on various floor surfaces, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasionally bending, crouching, or climbing stairs.

Previous customer service experience is preferred, and bilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are considered an advantage.
