Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • willing and able to work all in-store stations including food preparation, customer service, and order expediting
  • basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • ability to make correct monetary change
  • good communication skills for telephone and in-person interactions
  • ability to operate all store equipment
  • willingness to perform daily cleaning tasks
  • ability to work in varying temperatures and sometimes adverse weather conditions
  • ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and climb as needed during shifts
  • ability to distinguish between hot and cold surfaces
  • capability to use computers, telephones, calculators, and other store tools and equipment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • operate all store equipment including pizza ovens and cash registers
  • prepare menu items and assemble orders according to company standards
  • assist customers in-store and over the phone with courtesy and professionalism
  • stock ingredients and supplies in their designated storage areas
  • clean and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe working environment
  • work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals
