Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- willing and able to work all in-store stations including food preparation, customer service, and order expediting
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to make correct monetary change
- good communication skills for telephone and in-person interactions
- ability to operate all store equipment
- willingness to perform daily cleaning tasks
- ability to work in varying temperatures and sometimes adverse weather conditions
- ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and climb as needed during shifts
- ability to distinguish between hot and cold surfaces
- capability to use computers, telephones, calculators, and other store tools and equipment
Job Qualifications
- must be 18 years of age or older
- good verbal and written communication skills
- ability to operate computers and touch screen devices
- reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- ability to handle money accurately
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- operate all store equipment including pizza ovens and cash registers
- prepare menu items and assemble orders according to company standards
- assist customers in-store and over the phone with courtesy and professionalism
- stock ingredients and supplies in their designated storage areas
- clean and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe working environment
- work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals
