Job Requirements

  • Able and willing to work all in-store positions including making menu items, assisting customers on the phone and in-store, expediting orders
  • Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations quickly
  • Capable of making correct monetary change
  • Skilled in verbal, written, and telephone communication
  • Proficient in using computer keyboards or touch screens to enter orders
  • Able to operate all store equipment
  • Physically able to stock, prepare, clean, and handle deliveries
  • Comfortable working in variable temperature environments and exposure to dust, fumes, and kitchen hazards
  • Capable of standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying heavy items, pushing and pulling equipment
  • Able to perform bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, climbing, and hand coordination tasks
  • Able to understand and communicate effectively in verbal and telephone conversations
  • Comfortable speaking, hearing, and differentiating sensory inputs required for the role

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Willing and able to work all stations in-store including making menu items, assisting customers on the phone and in-store, and expediting orders from the cut table
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
  • Good verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills
  • Ability to enter orders using computer systems
  • Experienced or comfortable operating kitchen and store equipment
  • Comfortable working in varying physical and environmental conditions
  • Able to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, reaching, and hand coordination
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly using a calculator if needed
  • Make correct monetary change
  • Take and process orders via verbal, written, and telephone communication
  • Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
  • Operate all store equipment
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
  • Prepare products
  • Receive and process telephone orders
  • Clean equipment and facility daily
  • Work under varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
  • Handle temperatures ranging from 33 to 90 degrees or above
  • Manage exposure to fumes, dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving parts
  • Speak, hear, and understand verbal communication on telephone and in person
  • Use near, mid-range, and depth perception vision for tasks
  • Stand for most tasks and walk frequently for short distances
  • Load and unload delivery products up to 50 pounds and dimensions up to 3'x1.5'
  • Carry items such as dough trays, cases of products weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Push and pull trays or trash cans requiring force up to 7.5 pounds
  • Occasionally climb stairs or ladders
  • Perform bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, and hand tasks continuously throughout shifts
  • Utilize various tools including computers, telephones, pizza cutters, and scales
