Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing and able to work all stations in-store, including making menu items, assisting customers, and expediting orders
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen
- Ability to operate store equipment
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, walking, bending, crouching, and reaching
- Ability to communicate clearly and maintain composure under stress
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use order-taking systems
- Ability to work all stations in-store including food preparation and order handling
Job Duties
- Take and process customer orders via phone and in-store
- Operate all store equipment efficiently
- Prepare and assemble menu items
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide friendly service
- Expedite orders from the cut table to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the facility
- Stock ingredients and supplies appropriately
