Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to operate all store equipment
- Ability to stock ingredients and supplies
- Ability to prepare products
- Ability to receive and process telephone orders
- Ability to clean equipment and facility daily
- Capability to work under varying temperature conditions
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull and climb as required
- Ability to work standing for most tasks
- Capacity to travel between store and customer locations
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work under stress
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong verbal and telephone communication skills
- Ability to operate computers, keyboards, or touch screens
- Ability to work all stations in-store including food preparation, customer assistance, and order expediting
- Ability to follow store policies and safety regulations
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Take and process customer orders accurately
- Operate store equipment and ensure proper use
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone with a friendly attitude
- Prepare menu items and expedite orders efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and store environment
- Stock ingredients and supplies appropriately
- Handle monetary transactions and make correct change
