Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
  • Ability to make correct monetary change
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
  • Ability to operate all store equipment
  • Ability to stock ingredients and supplies
  • Ability to prepare products
  • Ability to receive and process telephone orders
  • Ability to clean equipment and facility daily
  • Capability to work under varying temperature conditions
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull and climb as required
  • Ability to work standing for most tasks
  • Capacity to travel between store and customer locations
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work under stress

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Strong verbal and telephone communication skills
  • Ability to operate computers, keyboards, or touch screens
  • Ability to work all stations in-store including food preparation, customer assistance, and order expediting
  • Ability to follow store policies and safety regulations
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Take and process customer orders accurately
  • Operate store equipment and ensure proper use
  • Assist customers in-store and over the phone with a friendly attitude
  • Prepare menu items and expedite orders efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and store environment
  • Stock ingredients and supplies appropriately
  • Handle monetary transactions and make correct change
