The Customer Service Representative – Tax position at Concentrix is a remote, seasonal role designed for bilingual professionals fluent in both Spanish and English. This role primarily involves interfacing with customers through inbound and outbound calls, or via the Internet, to resolve routine issues related to client products and services. Job Requirements

  • Must speak both Spanish and English fluently
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Open availability to work
  • Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
  • Must have proficient multitasking skills
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Strong computer navigation skills
  • Own a desktop or laptop computer that meets technical specifications
  • Internet connection type DSL, Cable, or Fiber with minimum speeds of 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload
  • Must hardwire internet connection with an ethernet cable while working
  • Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. residential address

Job Qualifications

  • The ability to read, write and speak fluently both Spanish and English
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Open availability
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing

Job Duties

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
  • Help customers resolve basic technical issues
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Offer additional products and/or services
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
