Job Requirements
- Must be in physically good shape and able to lift, bend, and stand up to eight hours
- Must be able to balance on step stool or step ladder
- Must be able to work in a cooler at a temperature of 32 degrees
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Must be able to do basic math
- Must be able to speak, read and write English and communicate with customers in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Provide a friendly greeting to customers upon entering the store or on the phone
- Get to know customers and use their name
- Move quickly to provide fast service
- Suggestive sell to customers when appropriate
- Thank customers for their business and invite them back
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping inside including restrooms, floors, coolers, rugs, transaction counter, shelves, fast food area, back office, and coffee and fountain areas
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping outside including parking lot, windows, doors, entrance sidewalk, trash cans, fuel islands, car wash
- Stock, front, and face all merchandise
- Brew coffee
- Ensure no out of date merchandise
- Move and build displays
- Check in vendors and gas deliveries
- Operate point-of-sale, lottery, phone card, and money order machines
- Attend store meetings
