Job Requirements

Must be 21 years or older to comply with cannabis regulations
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Basic knowledge of cannabis products and their effects
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Word and Excel
Reliable transportation for deliveries punctual and committed to deadlines
Ability to navigate using GPS and manage delivery routes efficiently
Must be able to lift carry and balance up to 50 lbs with extreme care and caution
Able to sit and drive for extended periods while maintaining focus

Job Qualifications

Must be 21 years or older to comply with cannabis regulations

Job Duties

Deliver cannabis products to customers in a timely and professional manner ensuring compliance with local regulations
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive delivery experience
Maintain accurate records of deliveries customer interactions and inventory management
Assist in the preparation and packaging of orders ensuring products are handled with care
Collaborate with the team to improve delivery processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations
Maintain inventory accurately and help organize when needed
