Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
- ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- ability to lift and/or push objects weighing up to 40 pounds
- ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions

- prior customer service or cashier experience preferred
- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- ability to lift and/or push objects up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and standing
- prior experience handling cash and credit transactions preferred
Job Duties
- Provides customer support—greets customers, takes food orders and handles customer inquiries regarding the menu
- looks for opportunities to suggestive sell
- Works directly in the unit with other associates to ensure compliance with service and brand standards
- Transfers products and supplies from storage to work area and assists with specific food finishing job tasks prior to serving the item to customers
- Responsible for transaction processing on the MICROS POS units—receives cash or credit card payments and processes accordingly
- ensures compliance with company cash-handling requirements
- Ensures proper food handling procedures are followed
- maintains cleanliness of work area and follows safety and sanitizing protocols
