Job Duties
- The main responsibility of the Customer Service Receptionist is to welcome patients and visitors, guide them to the appropriate location using the visitor check-in system when needed, and offer assistance in the absence of the supervisor
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors upon arrival
- Direct individuals to their appropriate destinations
- Utilize the visitor check-in system as needed
- Provide support and assistance in the absence of the supervisor
