Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a customer service environment preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to take initiative and lead when necessary
- strong personal responsibility and reliability
- team-oriented mindset
- exceptional organizational skills
- proficiency in computer skills including MS Office
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs and or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices

Job Duties
- be the first point of contact for customers
- welcome and greet customers warmly
- check in VIP appointments and direct customers to the appropriate team members
- manage front desk activities including answering and directing phone calls
- document incoming sales calls in CRM
- maintain strong work ethic and commitment to success
- assist customers with inquiries at the reception desk
- perform other relevant duties as assigned
