Job Requirements

  • proficiency in computer skills including MS Office
  • ability to lift up to 25 lbs and or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices

Job Duties

  • be the first point of contact for customers
  • welcome and greet customers warmly
  • check in VIP appointments and direct customers to the appropriate team members
  • manage front desk activities including answering and directing phone calls
  • document incoming sales calls in CRM
  • maintain strong work ethic and commitment to success
  • assist customers with inquiries at the reception desk
  • perform other relevant duties as assigned
