As a Customer Service Representative / Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints with a smile, both over the phone and in person. You will need to have a memorized knowledge of our menu to assist in taking orders efficiently and accurately using our touch screen computer system. In addition to customer service duties, you will prepare all food products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. Maintaining cleanliness within the store is also crucial, including tasks such as cleaning and sweeping the front of the shop. Orientation and on-the-job training are provided to ensure you are comfortable and confident in your role. Strong verbal communication skills and a clear, upbeat speaking voice are essential to succeed. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or food preparation is preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
  • Clear and upbeat speaking voice when communicating with customers
  • Knowledge of touch screen computer systems is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service or food preparation preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Have a memorized knowledge of our menu
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Smile both over the phone and when face to face with all customers
  • Prepare all food products
  • Clean, sweep and help keep the front of the store clean
