Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • successful completion of training course
  • ability to lift up to seventy pounds
  • ability to work all shifts including weekends, nights, holidays, and irregular shifts
  • minimum age 18 years
  • valid driver’s license and clear driving record
  • cleared 10-year criminal history records check
  • successful drug screening

  • previous airline experience
  • previous employment as a front-line customer service provider
  • basic knowledge of computer applications and programs

Job Duties

  • Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights
  • monitor computerized passenger boarding
  • assist customers with special needs, including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors
  • change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required
  • operate the Jetway
  • work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives
