Job Requirements
- Proof of high school or GED completion
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with clear driving record
- Successful completion of 10-year criminal history records check
- Drug screening as required
- Ability to lift seventy pounds
- Flexibility to work all shifts including weekends, nights, holidays, and irregular hours
- Willingness to handle physical activities such as stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, and climbing stairs
Job Qualifications
- Successful completion of training course
- Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high energy environment
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask
- Previous airline experience preferred
- Previous employment as a front-line customer service provider preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs preferred
Job Duties
- Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights
- Monitor computerized passenger boarding
- Assist customers with special needs including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors
- Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required
- Operate the Jetway
- Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives
