  • Willingness to float between multiple office locations within a 50-mile radius

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous professional experience or educational background in healthcare customer service is a plus
  • Background in medical equipment preferred but not required
  • Strong computer skills and technological proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to type minimum of 30 words per minute
  • Compassionate and empathetic with a commitment to patient care
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and high performance track record
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in de-escalation techniques

Job Duties

  • Assist with walk-in patient check-ins for appointments, re-supplies, challenges, or equipment inquiries
  • Understand insurance coverage criteria to dispense correct information to patients
  • Approach each patient in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform daily scanning tasks
  • Route and reconcile undetermined tickets
  • Answer incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously
  • Perform all other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor or manager
