The opportunity offered by Performance Home Medical is for the position of Front Desk Customer Service Representative (Floater) within the Customer Service Team. The Front Desk CSR will play an instrumental role in the patient experience by managing check-ins, addressing patient inquiries related to medical equipment, and providing insurance information accurately. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist with walk-in patient check-ins for appointments, re-supplies, challenges, or equipment inquiries
- Understand insurance coverage criteria to dispense correct information to patients
- Approach each patient in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform daily scanning tasks
- Route and reconcile undetermined tickets
- Answer incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously
- Perform all other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor or manager
