Our team thrives in a dynamic environment where collaboration, leadership, and customer satisfaction are paramount. We believe in fostering a positive workplace culture that supports personal and professional growth for all team members. By joining our restaurant, you become part of a mission to be more than just a fast food provider but an integral part of our customers' lives and the communities we serve. We recognize the importance of balancing work commitments with personal life, offering flexible schedules that prioritize employee well-being and growth. Our commitment extends beyond the workplace as we invest in leadership development, ongoing training, and career advancement opportunities. We pride ourselves on delivering industry-leading customer service that sets us apart in the fast food landscape, creating an environment where every guest feels valued and every team member has the chance to shine.

The role of Front of House (FOH) Director is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant’s front of the house. As a FOH Director, you will bring a strong leadership presence to our team, guiding and motivating staff to exceed customer expectations. This position requires a hospitality mindset, excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to perform under pressure. You will coordinate closely with management, kitchen teams, and executive directors to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence. Your daily responsibilities include managing the dining room ambiance and layout, overseeing inventory management of FOH and hospitality supplies, and ensuring adherence to company customer service standards. You will also evaluate profit and labor reports to make informed decisions that support the restaurant’s performance goals.

Compensation for this full-time position starts at $20 to $25 per hour with the potential for additional raises upon successful completion of training. The overall expected annual compensation is approximately $63,250. We offer comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance with employer contribution, paid time off, 401k with optional match, profit sharing, and a food stipend. Additional advantages include Sundays off, access to scholarships, educational reimbursements, flexible schedules, work anniversary rewards, and food discounts. This role is ideal for a dedicated and motivated professional seeking to lead in a fast-paced hospitality setting, with ample opportunities to grow and develop within the company. Join us and make a meaningful impact in a vibrant community-focused restaurant where your leadership skills will be valued and celebrated.
