Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in concierge support or customer service
- excellent communication skills including spelling and grammar
- strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with google suite,notion,slack,gorgias,netsuite,aircall and related tools
- ability to work weekends
- capability to work independently and in a team
- strong organizational skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in concierge support,customer support,or high-volume call center
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong attention to spelling and grammar
- passion for customer interaction
- proficient with googlesuite,notion,slack,gorgias,netsuite,aircall,taskrabbit,and dispatchtrack
- team player with positive attitude
- creative problem solver
- ability to handle diverse customer needs sensitively
Job Duties
- manage customer inquiries via phone,email,sms,and slack
- deliver tailored and positive customer service experiences
- maintain composure under pressure
- collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
- use tools like aircall,gorgias,slack,netsuite for support
- proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- manage and maximize customer satisfaction KPIs including response rates and resolution times
- provide accurate product knowledge and solutions
- work weekend shifts as required
