Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and assisting with orders
- Accurately take and complete customer orders in a timely manner
- Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance the customer experience
- Process payments and ensure correct change is given
- Inspect products for quality following Krispy Kreme's standards
- Prepare necessary ingredients for doughnut processing using correct recipes
- Restock products to maintain freshness and availability
- Assist in unloading deliveries effectively
- Follow established procedures in company training materials
- Answer phone calls promptly, adhering to Krispy Kreme's greeting protocols
- Offer samples to customers at the discretion of the General Manager
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness by sweeping and mopping the store as needed
- Sanitize and stock bathrooms regularly
- Clean and properly maintain tables and seating in the customer area
- Dispose of trash from interior and exterior receptacles
- Keep the parking lot and surrounding areas tidy
- Wash windows to uphold a clean appearance
