Job Duties
- Maintain a positive demeanor by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the club and address member inquiries
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for members
- Conduct regular safety checks and follow material handling procedures to ensure facility safety
- Assist members with navigating self-service technology and completing transactions
- Uphold company policies and standards of ethics and complete work assignments efficiently
- Collaborate with managers and co-workers to meet priorities and deadlines
