Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
- ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required
- ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height
- ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and perform repetitive lifting
- excellent customer service and relationship management skills required
- strong organizational and communication skills required
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required
