Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous customer service experience preferred
ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height
able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
excellent customer service and relationship management skills
strong organizational and communication skills
strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Qualifications

previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred

Job Duties

Assist customers with questions and recommendations
manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
maintain security of cash and protect company assets
keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment
ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
maintain cleanliness throughout the store including cleaning restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash
perform other duties as assigned
