Job Duties
- Efficiently complete customer transactions at the cash register or self-checkout stations and suggest products that complement purchases
- foster positive and professional relationships with co-workers and customers
- provide courteous, frictionless, and outstanding experience for customers
- communicate respectfully and maintain a consistent team-oriented attitude
- address and mitigate customer concerns with a sense of urgency and involve managers as needed
- adhere to all Enmarket, federal, state, and local safety-related regulations, including food safety regulations
- ensure that all food and beverage offers are available
- clean food preparation areas and equipment to Enmarket standards
- ensure the store is clean and fully stocked to provide an outstanding guest experience
- clean inside and outside of store
- stock shelves and coolers
- must have a customer-centric, friendly, service attitude
- ability to stand at register for up to 8 hours at a time to serve customers
- ability to perform basic math functions (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing)
- ability to stoop, bend, stretch, reach, stack, and lift inventory weighing up to 40 pounds to stock, inventory, and sell merchandise and keep the kiosk/store/station/lot clean
- be able to see, differentiate and compute money
- ability to hear, understand, and respond to requests and to communicate information clearly using the English language
- ability to use POS (cash register and pump controls)
- must have a strong work ethic and be able to cooperate and get along with co-workers
