Job Duties
- Greet and interact with customers in a sincere manner and suggest products to enhance their experience
- Ring up customers on the Point of Sale system and manage cash and inventory transactions
- Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service
- Resolve and escalate customer complaints when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store including sweeping, mopping, cleaning pumps and restrooms
- Stock coolers and shelves on the sales floor
- Replenish supplies as needed for customer use
- Complete other tasks as assigned by store leadership
