The role available at Auto Glass Now is for a Customer Service and Retail Front Desk Associate, suitable for both experienced professionals and entry-level candidates. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for accurately preparing estimates, invoices, and price quotes, answering phones, and providing exceptional service that reflects the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This role also includes collaboration with management to handle daily operational tasks such as parts returns and ensuring accurate parts ordering.

The position offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $16.90 to $26.90 depending on location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Paid training is provided, starting at $15 per hour and leading up to $18 per hour upon completion, making this an accessible opportunity for those new to the industry. Job Duties

  • Intake and assist walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers
  • create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for auto work
  • answer phones and return customer calls
  • provide excellent customer service
  • assist Manager with daily parts returns
  • ensure accuracy when ordering parts
  • input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
  • confirm all mobile jobs parts and materials before dispatching drivers
  • open new accounts and service existing accounts
  • maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
