Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Authorization to work legally in the United States

Job Duties

  • Answer questions and help move the digital transaction process forward
  • Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and email
  • Serve as the single point of contact for the customer throughout the transaction
  • Present financing terms to customers
  • Present protection products such as extended warranties
  • Collect down payment, driver’s license, proof of insurance, and proof of income
  • Communicate paperwork and logistic timelines
  • Maintain activity logs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
