Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or related administrative role
  • proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
  • ability to work first shift (8:00am - 4:30pm), Monday through Friday
  • strong communication skills
  • attention to detail
  • experience with ERP systems such as Oracle is preferred
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status due to export control regulations

Job Qualifications

  • high School diploma with 3+ years of customer services related experience, although associates degree preferred
  • minimum 2 years of experience working in Microsoft 365 programs with moderate to advanced proficiency
  • strong proficiency in math, writing, spelling and vocabulary
  • great organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • assist customer service representatives to help facilitate a sound customer service experience
  • assist with paperwork filing, mailings, pulling paperwork to assist with audits
  • use ERP systems (Oracle) or other business software systems to assist customer service reps and upload electronic record keeping
  • finalize paperwork post order completion to ensure compliance with export or dangerous goods shipping procedures including AES filings and following up with freight forwarders
  • track shipments to confirm proof of delivery
  • identify quality issues or other customer problems and inform responsible department
  • generate reports and use spreadsheets to support the customer service team
  • provide information to management and sales team
  • support Product Flow Manager with Kanban system administration
