The Customer Relations Associate plays a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience by being the initial point of contact for all walk-in customers at Servco Toyota Honolulu. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for visitors, ensuring that they feel valued and attended to upon entering the dealership. The associate is responsible for greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner, managing the dealership calendar, generating floor activity reports, and providing excellent customer service that may include directing customers, obtaining contact information, and documenting vehicle mileage. Additionally, the Customer Relations Associate ensures timely and accurate recording of customer and floor traffic information, answers incoming calls, and supports the maintenance of the showroom and work area to uphold a professional appearance.

This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, offering a competitive pay range of $15.10 to $18.80 per hour. The ideal candidate is someone who is dedicated to service excellence, possesses strong communication skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Excel and typing. Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service, receptionist and or clerical experience
  • Must be able to type 35 wpm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Dedication to customer service excellence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Work schedule Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner upon entrance into the dealership
  • Review dealership calendar daily to be aware of scheduled appointments and deliveries
  • Generate floor activity reports
  • Provide customer service including greeting and directing customers, obtaining contact information, and documenting vehicle mileage
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of customer and floor traffic information into daily log
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls or relay messages to appropriate parties
  • Maintain professional appearance of showroom and work area
