Nestle Professional Solutions is currently hiring a Customer Onboarding Specialist - Coffee for the Southeast region. This is a field-based role focusing on markets across Alabama, Tennessee, and Florida, with a preferred home-office location in Nashville. As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will partner with Customer Account Leads, Distributors, and Service Teams to onboard new clients and foster growth with existing customers. This role entails responsibility for all aspects of onboarding and ongoing customer service related to coffee accounts, including equipment installation, training, ensuring compliance, and coordinating service within the assigned territory.

You will play a critical role in achieving organizational objectives by ensuring flawless execution of onboarding procedures, maintaining product stock levels, ensuring compliance with company standards, and driving high customer satisfaction across multiple states. Key responsibilities include managing orders, scheduling, and coordinating installation projects while ensuring site readiness for both new and existing accounts. Mastery of Salesforce is essential to effectively communicate and manage operations between Service Supervisors and Technicians. Providing onboarding and refresher training, crafting training materials, and delivering presentations with confidence will be central to your role, necessitating comfort with public speaking. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is crucial to successfully onboard customers and identify new business opportunities, including incremental sales and cross-selling. Operational management duties include overseeing product compliance with Nestle Professional Solutions dispensers and optimizing brand merchandising at points of consumption. This role requires physical involvement including the setup of coffee machines and associated equipment, alongside managing the mental and physical demands of the position.

This position offers a competitive estimated salary range of $90,000 to $115,000, along with performance-based incentives and a robust total rewards package including 401k company match and healthcare benefits.
