Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong data skills including proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator and collaborative team player
  • Proactive with a problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working in an in-office environment at Wellesley HQ five days a week

Job Duties

  • Track and analyze performance across customer marketing programs, promotions, and retail media campaigns
  • Maintain sales reporting tools, trackers, and dashboards to support visibility and decision-making
  • Assist with new customer set-ups, including forms, materials, and internal coordination
  • Help manage HQ inventory of sales and marketing materials and support distribution to the field
  • Ensure accuracy and organization across data, documentation, and internal systems to support the sales team
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales and marketing to keep initiatives on track
