The role of Customer Marketing Coordinator at Nixie is a cross-functional position that sits at the center of how sales and marketing teams collaborate to execute initiatives effectively. The Coordinator will assist with new customer setups and manage the inventory of sales and marketing materials to ensure the field teams have the necessary support. Job Duties

  • Track and analyze performance across customer marketing programs, promotions, and retail media campaigns
  • Maintain sales reporting tools, trackers, and dashboards to support visibility and decision-making
  • Assist with new customer set-ups, including forms, materials, and internal coordination
  • Help manage HQ inventory of sales and marketing materials and support distribution to the field
  • Ensure accuracy and organization across data, documentation, and internal systems to support the sales team
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales and marketing to keep initiatives on track
