Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong data skills including proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator and collaborative team player
- Proactive with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in an in-office environment at Wellesley HQ five days a week

Job Duties
- Track and analyze performance across customer marketing programs, promotions, and retail media campaigns
- Maintain sales reporting tools, trackers, and dashboards to support visibility and decision-making
- Assist with new customer set-ups, including forms, materials, and internal coordination
- Help manage HQ inventory of sales and marketing materials and support distribution to the field
- Ensure accuracy and organization across data, documentation, and internal systems to support the sales team
- Partner cross-functionally with sales and marketing to keep initiatives on track
