Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred
- Zero to one year direct supervisory or leadership experience
- Ability to coach and develop team members
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment

- Flexibility to work 10am-7pm onsite in Ennis, TX
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- One year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred
- Zero to one year direct supervisory or leadership experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective leadership and motivating skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
- Proficient in using technology as part of daily routine

Job Duties
- Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations
- Plan and review, in collaboration with the Logistics Manager, all logistics processes ensuring compliance with company standards and customer specifications
- Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of the workers to ensure optimal shift/team logistics
- Accountable for site key performance indicators (KPI)
- Work in collaboration with customers in all aspects of operations
- Meet regularly with team members collectively and individually to monitor progress, track performance, coach and recognize successes
- Cultivate team spirit with a diversity and inclusion initiative and promote cooperation by seeking process improvements
- Carry out performance evaluations and recommend awards or merit increases
- Address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary procedures
- Understand labor agreements and maintain positive labor relations
- Implement health, safety and security initiatives and ensure adherence to company policies
- Provide orientation and necessary resources to employees and Lead Hands
