Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
- Ability to ascend and descend ladders
- Ability to communicate effectively face-to-face and via telephone
- Ability to understand and follow instructions regarding merchandise layouts and operational procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensures all crew members are wowing the customer through personal contact with customers
- Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience
- Responsible for leading their assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals
- Leads front end operations ensuring front end merchandising meets brand standards
- Ensures all front-end equipment is in working order and associates are trained
- Responsible for opening and closing procedures and maintaining store cleanliness
- Performs store manager duties in the absence of the manager
- Partners with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise all crew members
- Reviews all corporate communications and responds accordingly
- Partners with store leadership team on merchandising procedures and recovery
- Performs store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep
