Job Description
Waterworks Aquatics is a premier swim school with over 35 locations across California and Colorado, dedicated to teaching children as young as 3 months old and adults how to swim. The company’s mission is to educate and motivate individuals to be safer in and around water while learning proper swimming techniques. As a well-established and reputable organization in the aquatic education industry, Waterworks Aquatics offers a supportive and team-oriented work environment that focuses on growth opportunities and rewarding experiences for both employees and customers alike. This company values its employees and provides comprehensive paid training, flexible working hours, and opportunities for career advancement. Waterworks Aquatics also offers competitive pay, starting from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour based on experience and performance, along with a full benefits package for full-time employees.
The Customer Experience Expert role at Waterworks Aquatics, based in Irvine, CA (92618), is an active, full-time position with an emphasis on engaging directly with customers in a fast-paced environment. This role requires individuals who are enthusiastic, empathetic, and confident in their communication skills. It is not a sedentary job but involves being on your feet, moving around the facility, and assisting customers face-to-face while maintaining an organized and welcoming lobby area. Weekend availability is a requirement, reflecting the company’s commitment to serving families during optimal hours.
As a Customer Experience Expert, you will play a vital part in ensuring families have a positive and memorable experience from the moment they enter the swim school. You will greet families warmly, assist with lesson registrations, manage account payments, and respond to customer inquiries both in person and over the phone. Your role also includes helping families select appropriate swim lesson packages that suit their needs, requiring clear communication and an empathetic approach. Maintaining a clean and safe lobby environment is another important aspect of this position, where you will be responsible for wiping down surfaces, restocking supplies, and ensuring safety standards are upheld.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, adaptable in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain integrity in handling sensitive information, and are approachable with excellent interpersonal skills. The company encourages employees to grow professionally, providing paid training and periodic performance reviews, alongside potential advancement into leadership and management roles. Benefits include employer-subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability insurance, employee assistance programs, 401(k) plans with company match, paid training, employee discounts, and company-sponsored events.
Joining Waterworks Aquatics as a Customer Experience Expert means becoming part of a mission-driven team focused on safety, education, and community engagement within the aquatic field. This role offers a great opportunity to connect with families, support their swim journey, and contribute to a positive and professional environment that values employee growth and customer satisfaction.
