The Customer Experience Expert role based in Highlands Ranch, CO, offers a full-time position with a competitive pay range of $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, dependent on experience and performance. This role is active and dynamic, designed for individuals who love engaging with people face-to-face and enjoy working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments. Unlike traditional receptionist or call-center roles, this position requires physical activity, including moving throughout the facility, supporting families in person, and maintaining an organized lobby space. Weekend availability is essential as the position involves direct interaction with families and children in a lively setting.
In this role, you will be the friendly frontline representative of Waterworks Aquatics, greeting families warmly, assisting with registrations, scheduling lessons, processing payments, and answering questions. You will play a crucial part in helping families select the most suitable lesson packages while maintaining a clean and safe lobby environment. The role demands a compassionate and empathetic approach to customer interactions, combined with the ability to multitask efficiently and uphold integrity in handling sensitive information and payments. Job Requirements
- At least 17 years old
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient typing (40+ WPM)
- Comfort with POS systems
- Weekend availability
- Strong verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet and assist families in person and over the phone
- Register new customers, schedule lessons, process payments, and manage accounts
- Communicate clearly and help families choose the right lesson packages
- Listen with empathy and find creative solutions to meet families' needs
- Interact positively with children and families in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the lobby area by wiping surfaces, keeping floors dry, and restocking supplies
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet registration and retention goals
