Waterworks Aquatics is a premier swim school with over 35 locations across California and Colorado. Dedicated to teaching children ages 3 months and up as well as adults how to swim, this company focuses on educating and motivating individuals to be safer and to learn proper swimming technique. This Customer Experience Expert position located in Pasadena, CA (91107) offers a full-time employment type with benefits and a competitive wage ranging from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour based on experience and performance. The role involves working on the front desk, which is an active, on-your-feet position requiring weekend availability. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting families, processing registrations and payments, assisting customers face-to-face, and maintaining the lobby area to ensure it is welcoming and organized.

Job Requirements

  • At least 17 years old
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Proficient typing 40+ words per minute
  • Comfortable with basic POS systems
  • Weekend availability required

Job Duties

  • Be the welcoming face of Waterworks greet and assist families in person and over the phone
  • Register new customers schedule lessons process payments and manage accounts
  • Communicate clearly and help families choose the right lesson packages

  • Enjoy interacting with children and families in a lively fast-paced environment
  • Help maintain a clean and safe lobby by wiping down surfaces keeping floors dry and restocking supplies as needed
