Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred, including reservation experience
- Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to delight customers with each interaction
- Ability to listen to customer needs and provide confident recommendations for high customer satisfaction
- Must exhibit professionalism, maintain a positive attitude, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Resourceful, capable of using the Internet effectively in face-to-face customer interactions
- Able to adapt to an ever-changing environment, work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, and make quick and effective decisions in customer-facing scenarios
- Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain tasks
