Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work legally in the United States
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to uphold professionalism and positive demeanor under pressure
- Basic computer and internet proficiency
- Physical ability to perform light to moderate lifting tasks
- Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and environments
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Preferred experience in airline, lounge, or travel industry including reservation experience
- Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to listen and offer confident recommendations resulting in high customer satisfaction
- Professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Capability to make quick, effective decisions focusing on customer experience
- Resourcefulness and proficiency in using the Internet in face-to-face customer interactions
- Ability to switch between multiple technology platforms
- Adaptability and resilience in a changing environment
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Welcoming and providing access to Card Members at reception
- Being accountable and taking ownership of the customer's entire experience
- Creating innovative ways to resolve customer issues and enhance brand loyalty
- Employing the Customer First philosophy to meet customer needs and expectations
- Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations
- Offering travel consultation and assisting with minimal reservations
- Collaborating with food and beverage partners to accommodate Card Member needs
