Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work legally in the United States
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in customer service roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to uphold professionalism and positive demeanor under pressure
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency
  • Physical ability to perform light to moderate lifting tasks
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and environments

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
  • Preferred experience in airline, lounge, or travel industry including reservation experience
  • Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to listen and offer confident recommendations resulting in high customer satisfaction
  • Professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Capability to make quick, effective decisions focusing on customer experience
  • Resourcefulness and proficiency in using the Internet in face-to-face customer interactions
  • Ability to switch between multiple technology platforms
  • Adaptability and resilience in a changing environment
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to perform light to moderate lifting as required

Job Duties

  • Welcoming and providing access to Card Members at reception
  • Being accountable and taking ownership of the customer's entire experience
  • Creating innovative ways to resolve customer issues and enhance brand loyalty
  • Employing the Customer First philosophy to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations
  • Offering travel consultation and assisting with minimal reservations
  • Collaborating with food and beverage partners to accommodate Card Member needs
