Job Requirements

- minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency with technology platforms and internet use

Job Duties
- Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival
- taking ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end
- resolving customer issues creatively to build brand loyalty
- employing a customer-first philosophy in meeting customer needs
- providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations
- offering travel consultations and minimal reservation assistance
- collaborating with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Member needs
