Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-year recent customer service experience, preferably with premium customers
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle moderate lifting tasks
  • Proficient internet and technology navigation skills
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Must maintain professionalism and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work within lounge hours from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
  • Experience in airline, lounge, or travel industry preferred
  • Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to listen and offer confident recommendations resulting in high customer satisfaction
  • Professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to make quick and effective decisions with customer experience as priority
  • Resourcefulness and effective internet use in face-to-face customer support
  • Proficiency in using multiple technology platforms
  • Adaptability to changing environments
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon their arrival at the Centurion Lounge
  • Being accountable and taking ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end
  • Creating innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns to win brand loyalty
  • Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
  • Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations tailored to Card Members
  • Offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
  • Collaborating with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Members' needs
