  • Airline, lounge or travel industry experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival
  • Taking ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end
  • Creating innovative solutions to resolve customer issues and enhance brand loyalty
  • Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customer needs
  • Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations
  • Offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
  • Collaborating with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Member needs
