Job Requirements
- Must have minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Experience in airline, lounge, or travel industry preferred
- Must demonstrate passion for customer service
- Excellent communication skills required
- Must exhibit professionalism and maintain a positive attitude
- Capable of effective collaboration with team members
- Strong decision-making skills
- Proficiency in internet use and multiple technology platforms
- Must be adaptable and resilient
- Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to perform light to moderate lifting
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Being accountable and taking ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end
- Creating innovative ways to resolve customer issues or concerns to win brand loyalty
- Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customer needs and expectations
- Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations
- Providing travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
- Accommodating needs of Card Members by partnering with food and beverage lounge partners
