Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Craft epic coffee and drinks including coffee, tea, wine, beer, and cocktails
- Provide flawless customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and engaging with customers
- Serve as both barista and host, maintaining high energy and welcoming guests
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and clean work environment
- Assist with preparation and stocking of coffee beans and snacks
- Operate the register efficiently to facilitate smooth transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods
