This is a full-time, onsite role with a competitive starting hourly wage of $19.58 from the first day of training, with additional bilingual English-Spanish incentives after training. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a customer service skills assessment
Job Qualifications

- Customer service experience
- Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Ability to navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease
- Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to provide calm conflict resolution and problem resolution for frustrated customers
- Ability to work in a structured environment for full-time schedule
Job Duties
- Respond to all tolling and administration related customer inquiries by utilizing information learned during training and resources available through people, customer records, and knowledge management systems
- Identify customer needs to ensure the customer is provided complete and accurate information
- Process required transactions via mainframe or web-based applications
- Submit research requests in a concise yet accurate manner
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company and client programs, policies, and technology
- Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals
- Provide support to other positions/operations in cases of heavy workloads or absences
