We are currently looking for passionate and committed Customer Advocates to join our dynamic team. This role requires candidates with at least two years of customer-facing experience who are enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting. Customer Advocates play a crucial role in delivering vehicles directly to customers’ doors using Carvana's custom car haulers, without requiring a commercial driver’s license. These team members also assist with loading and unloading vehicles onto haulers, regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicle safety, complete required customer paperwork, and maintain accurate records in our customer tracking system. A successful candidate will embrace physical tasks such as vehicle detailing and handling throughout various weather conditions, emphasizing a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

This full-time position requires availability to work from 11 am to 9 pm with rotating days off that may fall on weekdays or weekends. The role offers a competitive starting pay rate of $18 per hour with performance-based opportunities for increases up to $20 per hour within the first year, via regular merit reviews every 90 days. Additional incentives and bonuses may apply depending on location-specific performance programs, unlocking further earning potential. Job Requirements

  • at least 21 years of age
  • valid driver's license
  • pass drug test
  • obtain DOT medical card
  • ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting items up to 50 lbs
  • willing to work 11 am - 9 pm shift with rotating days off
  • availability to work seven days a week
  • comply with state-specific license requirements where applicable
  • legal authorization to work without visa sponsorship

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
