The ability to navigate ERP systems and communication tools effectively is crucial, alongside a preference for experience or knowledge in the pest management product industry. Job Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers
- Ability to move throughout the office as needed to collaborate with internal teams
- Ability to occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, account support, operations, or a related role
- Strong communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive work
- Professionalism, accountability, attention to detail
- comfort collaborating across teams
- Familiarity with ERP, order tools, support platforms preferred, such as Outlook, Teams, and dashboards
- Professional pest management product knowledge or industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Own partner communication for assigned strategic accounts, providing proactive, clear updates
- Coordinate with departments across the organization, vendors, and support teams to keep execution aligned
- Manage orders including standard, special, and drop ship as well as exception handling such as backorders, substitutions, bill-and-hold, special handling, and freight constraints
- Resolve time-sensitive issues tied to orders, freight, products, and accounts receivable
- escalate recurring issues appropriately
- Validate order accuracy and communicate status and resolution clearly to partners
- Support promotions outreach and partner planning using dashboards and reporting tools
- Support ForeSight users with basic troubleshooting and guided escalation
- document recurring issues and help improve processes
- Perform other related duties as assigned
