This part-time role requires flexibility to work during holidays and weekends as needed, with a temporary assignment involving commuting to the North Miami location for training purposes. The successful candidate will be the front-facing representative of the dealership, tasked with creating a positive and professional impression through friendly greetings, managing inquiries, and providing directions. This role demands high interpersonal skills to educate customers about current vehicle models, product specifications, and dealership activities.\n\nResponsibilities include managing the telephone switchboard to answer and redirect calls proficiently, greeting walk-in customers, and equipping them with product brochures and pertinent information. The Customer Care Specialist collaborates closely with the sales and finance teams, supporting them when necessary, and handles administrative tasks such as uploading and processing invoices and purchase orders through the dealership’s CDK system. Timely and accurate processing of financial documents ensures smooth operations within the company. Other duties include transmitting information via various communication channels, resolving customer concerns effectively, and maintaining an organized, neat reception area that reflects the dealership's high standards. Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum one year customer service experience in a busy environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and reliability
  • Flexibility to work holidays and weekends
  • Ability to commute to North Miami for training
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or general education degree (GED) required
  • One year of customer service oriented experience in a position with high walk-in traffic
  • Intermediate level competency using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Polished and professional appearance
  • Highly reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information and taking messages
  • Greet persons entering the premises in a cheerful upbeat manner, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
  • Educate customers on current product line options and basic product specifications
  • Provide product information brochures for customers when requested
  • Provide and deliver the highest standards of service to our customers and provide assistance as needed
  • Work closely with salesperson
  • Support F&I and sales team as needed
  • Upload and process invoices and purchase orders (POs) using CDK to ensure adherence to company guidelines
  • Ensure processing of invoices and POs for payment is completed timely and accurately
  • Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or fax
  • Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public
  • Provide information about the company, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided
  • Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries
  • Process and prepare memos, correspondence, or other documents
  • Participate in required training assigned by management
  • Keep a current record of staff members' availability
  • Maintain lobby or reception area clean, neat and well organized
  • Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area
  • Provide coverage for other Customer Care Specialist when needed
  • Demonstrate the company's core values
  • Comply with company's policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
