Job Duties

  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns designed to drive sales, customer service, and brand growth
  • act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers for all questions, comments, and concerns regarding their services
  • collaborate with the Customer Care Agent team to ensure flawless execution of direct sales and customer service initiatives
  • educate customers about any changes or updates in client services and solutions
  • assist in developing and executing customer acquisition and lead-generation strategies
  • participate in daily meetings with senior leaders to discuss sales strategies, customer service goals, and leadership development opportunities
  • help track and analyze with the Customer Care Agent team customer interactions and sales performance
