Job Requirements
- High school education or GED equivalent
- Ability to perform significant physical activity including standing, walking, bending, and lifting or moving heavy objects up to 75 pounds
- Strong communication skills needed to coordinate with supervisors, staff, and building occupants
- Ability to understand and follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals, operating equipment, and disposing of hazardous materials
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school education or GED equivalent
- Ability to operate forklift, scissor lift, floor machine and other specialized equipment a plus but training will be provided
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, staff, and building occupants

- Ability to understand and follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals, operating equipment, and disposing of hazardous materials
Job Duties
- Perform minor repairs and general maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall, minor electrical issues, light carpentry, minor machine repair, replacing lights or filters prioritizing safety first
- Sweep, mop, and clean floors, including specialized tasks such as waxing, stripping and buffing
- Respond promptly to spills or other accidents to ensure the safety of building occupants
- Arrange or move furniture and equipment for meetings, events, or other functions
- Assist with outdoor tasks including litter cleanup, snow shoveling and walkway cleaning
- Monitor buildings and grounds for safety and security issues and promptly report them to Facilities Manager
- Perform periodic building preventative maintenance tasks as required in PM software system
