Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as required
  • May require pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
  • May require background investigation
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with custodial duties
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Compliance with LRCVB safety policies

Job Qualifications

  • One year of custodial experience in office or meeting facilities or related area
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment
  • Ability to follow safety and security guidelines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered

Job Duties

  • Perform custodial and housekeeping duties for LRCVB facilities
  • Maintain cleanliness of public spaces and event areas
  • Follow safety and security protocols for facility maintenance
  • Work flexible hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and safely
  • Report maintenance issues and safety hazards
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down rooms for events
