Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work at an additional location at 3 Porter Ave, Buffalo, NY 14201
- Pass a federal background check
- Must be capable of the physical demands of the job such as constant standing, walking, stooping, and lifting
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds properly
- Must follow instructions
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

- Must pass any required federal, state, municipality, and/or customer-specific background checks
Job Duties
- Perform Custodial cleaning tasks to the satisfaction of the Project Supervisor and customer
- Police grounds and remove debris/snow as directed by the Project Supervisor
- Complete all mandatory training programs
- Maintain all equipment, storage areas, and Custodial closets to reflect a professional appearance at all times
- Represent the Corporation in a professional manner including reporting to work in clean and appropriate attire
- Report accidents and/or safety issues to Project Supervisor immediately
- Maintain effective working relationships with the Project Supervisor and co-workers
- Comply with safety policies and procedures for safety of self and others
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Supervisor or designee
